Originally from Granville, the chef, Olivier Gaslain created in 1992 the restaurant Le Villaret. Since all these years, he concocts a bistronomic cuisine based on seasonal products selected from our market gardeners, live fish from our Normandy and Brittany coasts and breed meat.
Over the years and tastings, he builds a wine list of about a thousand references that makes the happiness of the house and customers of great wines.
